HOW TO APPLY

Admission Procedure

• The students should abide by the following rules:
• Purchase the College Prospectus and read it carefully.
• Fill the form attached to the Prospectus within 10 days ofthe declaration of results of the qualifying examination.
• Students wishing to take admission in any Professional College are advised to reserve their seats by taking Provisional Admission so as to avoid disappointment.
• Changes (As and when they appear) shall be notified on the College Notice Board.
• No admission will be given on Duplicate T.C.
• The Principal reserves the right to extend the date of admission as well as cancel any admission on disciplinary grounds.
• Any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the Principal, The concerned student shall be given liberty to explain and if her explanation is not found satisfactory, the Principal would expel her from the institution.
• Please read carefully the Anti Ragging Policies displayed on the Notice Board & Follow them strictly.

Document to be attached at the time of admission

For  D.PHARM

• Original T.C. or College Leaving Certificate of the last School/ College attended along with attested copies.
• The Admission Form should be accompanied by Original& true Copies of Mark List.
• Migration Certificate & Eligibility Certificate (for outside University or Board.)
• Character Certificate
• Two recent passport size photographs.

For  B.PHARM

• Original T.C. or College Leaving Certificate of the last School/ College attended along with attested copies.
• The Admission Form should be accompanied by Original& true Copies of Mark List.
• Migration Certificate & Eligibility Certificate (for outside University or Board.)
• Character Certificate
• Two recent passport size photographs.
